Sarah GetzE-RYT 500, is the director and founder of Yoga at Space. Sarah is a passionate student of Yoga who has been a Certified and Registered Yoga Instructor since 1994. After first practicing Yoga and working as a studio manager at Jivamukti in New York City, she studied many styles, focusing on the Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions. Sarah's current source of inspiration is Embodyoga®, the work of her teacher, Patty Townsend of Yoga Center Amherst. Sarah holds two 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certifications, two 500 hour Certifications, and is a Nationally Registered E-RYT 500 hour Yoga Alliance Instructor.  

Nancy Causey, E-RYT 500. Nancy Causey has been teaching Yoga since 2000. She was the co-founder of Half Moon Yoga Barn in Millbrook, New York, and is now the director of Millbrook Yoga. Nancy began practicing Yoga as a relief from her stressful life as a business owner in New York City. She has completed numerous teacher training programs including Therapeutic Yoga with Cheri Clampett and Arturo Peal, the Veterans Yoga Project training for PTSD, and both the 200 and 500 hour certifications in Embodyoga® with Patty Townsend of Yoga Center Amherst. 

Sandrine Harris is a Movement Educator, Feldenkrais Practitioner®, mindfulness facilitator, and dancer. Sandrine offers Feldenkrais® classes, community classes, and workshops at Yoga at Space. She holds teaching certifications in dance, Feldenkrais®, health counseling, and mindfulness meditation. Sandrine is fascinated by the human spirit at every stage, and is a lifelong student of the inner life.

Eleanor Miller, RYT, is a Holistic Nurse, Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, and Integrated Awareness Teacher. She believes the challenge of Yoga is to use the breath as a vehicle to harness the mind and dive deep within the body. Yoga has allowed her wisdom and truth to emerge and brought ease into her life, and she delights in sharing Yoga with others. Eleanor is especially gifted with breath work and gentle Yoga, as well as the practice of Yoga Nidra, a deep guided relaxation technique.      

Cindy Vannoy, E-RYT 500. Cindy holds a 500 hour Embodyoga certification, and a 200 hour YogaWorks certification. Teaching for over ten years, she is inspired by the transformative nature of Yoga to affect change and promote health on many different levels. Cindy has studied Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley, and holds advanced teacher certifications in Yoga of the Heart for Cardiac and Cancer Care, Yoga of Recovery, Restorative Yoga, Chakra Yoga, and Ayurveda. A Certified Yoga of Recovery Counselor, Cindy was instrumental in developing the Yoga program at High Watch Recovery Center in Kent, Connecticut. She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
